Yen Bai saw 44 cooperatives and 287 cooperative groups registering for establishment within the first six months of 2022, pushing the province’s total to 610.

YBO - Implementing the “One Commune, One Product” (OCOP) programme, Yen Bai city now has 10 products certified as meeting the OCOP standards. Of these, one has been certified as a four-star product and the rest rated three stars.
YBO - Yen Bai province continued to enjoy a bumper Spring rice crop with production of nearly 5.6 tonnes per hectare and a rise of 128.46 tonnes in total output compared to the same crop last year, according to the provincial Department of Agricultural and Rural Development.
