YBO - The northern mountainous province of Yen Bai has introduced its unique characteristics with culture, tourism and products to local people and visitors at the Ho Chi Minh City Tourism Festival 2023 and Northwestern Culture and Tourism Week 2023 in the Mekong Delta city of Can Tho.
