Frost appeared on Mount Trong Pao Sang in La Pan Tan commune of Mu Cang Chai district, Yen Bai province, on February 20 as a result of a severe cold wave.

YBO - To help local people with difficult circumstances enjoy a warm celebration of the Lunar New Year (Tet) festival in decent houses, agencies, organisations, businesses, and donors in Yen Bai have joined hands to finance the construction of houses, dubbed "solidarity houses", for them in response to the motto "All for the poor, no one being left behind”.
