Yen Bai officials offer incense in tribute to President Ho Chi Minh

YBO - On the occasion of the 130th birthday of President Ho Chi Minh, Yen Bai province’s oficials offered incense in commemoration of the late leader at the national historical site at the Yen Bai city stadium, and paid tribute to heroic martyrs at the provincial martyr cemetery.

The Party Organisation, authorities, and people of all ethnic groups in the province have strived to fulfill the socio-economic development targets set in the Resolution of the 18th Congress of the provincial Party Organisation.

Party congresses at all levels have been held in the lead up to the 19th Congress of the Party Organisation.

Patriotic emulation movements have been widely launched, aiming to make achievements to welcome Party congresses at all levels towards the 13th National Party Congress. 

During the offering ceremony, representatives from the Party Committee, authorities and people of all ethnic groups in Yen Bai promised to be loyal to the Party, Marxism - Leninism, and follow President Ho Chi Minh’s thought, morality and lifestyle. 

They expressed their determination to realise all goals and tasks set in the Resolutions of the 12th National Party Congress and the 18th Congress of the provincial Party Organisation.

Paying tribute to heroic martyrs at the provincial martyr cemetery, the delegation laid a wreath bearing the words "The provincial Party Committee - People's Council - People's Committee, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Yen Bai province always remember the heroic martyrs who sacrificed their lives for independence and freedom of the Fatherland and happiness of the people.

As part of the implementation of the 2021–2025 National Target Programs (NTPs), Tran Yen District has disbursed over VND 70 billion as of the end of March 2025.
