To achieve this goal, the district has intensified the innovation of training methods and improved the quality of human resource development, aligning it with the rural labor structure transformation. This aims to create a high-quality workforce that meets the demands of economic and social development, especially in the service and tourism sectors.

Each year, the district coordinates the organization of over 20 vocational training classes for nearly 1,000 students, with an employment rate after training of nearly 90%. As of now, the percentage of workers in agriculture and rural areas has decreased to 65%, while the proportion of labor in industry-construction and services has risen to 23%.

In the future, the district will continue to closely collaborate with businesses and cooperatives to organize vocational training programs aligned with practical needs, while staying in line with the development orientation of local industries. This is an important step to enhance the quality of human resources and promote sustainable economic development in Mu Cang Chai.
