Tran Yen Disburses Nearly VND 70 Billion for National Target Programs

As part of the implementation of the 2021–2025 National Target Programs (NTPs), Tran Yen District has disbursed over VND 70 billion as of the end of March 2025. Of this amount, nearly VND 56 billion came from the central government budget, while more than VND 13.5 billion was sourced from the local budget.

In 2025, the district continues to carry out its plan using over VND 12.6 billion in funds carried over from the previous year. Specifically, The National Target Program for Socio-Economic Development of Ethnic Minority and Mountainous Areas is 2.1 billion VND; the NTP for Sustainable Poverty Reduction is 1.4 billion VND; and the NTP for New Rural Development (NRD) is 9 billion VND.

Using funds from the model new-style rural development program, the district is implementing several key initiatives, including a pilot model project worth VND 2.4 billion titled "Developing the Green Noodle OCOP Product Chain Linked with Community Development and Biodiversity Conservation” in Quy Mong Commune. Additional support includes VND 30 million for the "One Commune, One Product” (OCOP) program, VND 500 million for mechanization and high-tech application in agricultural production, and VND 5.45 billion for the development of rural tourism associated with building new-style rural areas and preserving traditional cultural values in a sustainable, inclusive, and multi-valued manner.

Tran Yen District continues to focus on removing obstacles, raising awareness, and enhancing the effectiveness of these programs to promote socio-economic development across the region.
