Yen Bai Province completes digitalization of civil registration data

YBO - Following directives from the Ministry of Justice and the Provincial People's Committee, Yen Bai Province has successfully completed 100% of the digitalization of civil registration data, encompassing 650,094 records of various types, ten days ahead of schedule.

In implementing the Ministry of Justice's plan and the Provincial People's Committee's guidance on this task, the Department of Justice advised the issuance of multiple documents to ensure effective execution. The Department also provided professional guidance and urged district- and commune-level People's Committees to allocate maximum human and technological resources to meet the required standards and timeline for the digitalization process.

Thanks to timely and consistent professional oversight by the Department of Justice, support from the Provincial Police, and the concerted efforts of the political system at all levels, Yen Bai achieved full digitalization of civil registration data by December 20, 2024. All 650,094 records were digitized, meeting the 100% target.

Among the districts, Tram Tau led in early completion, followed by Mu Cang Chai, Tran Yen, Van Chan, Van Yen, and Nghia Lo Town.
