Yen Bai: Nearly 93% of schools implement school management software

YBO - To enhance digital transformation efforts in educational institutions, Yen Bai Province has implemented school management software in 410 out of 442 schools, accounting for nearly 93%.

Schools have established digital repositories for E-learning lecture materials and question banks, enabling teachers and students to access and share data. Additionally, a shared digital resource repository for the entire education sector has been developed, including electronic lessons, multimedia learning materials, e-textbooks, simulation software, and other resources. The province has also created an online question bank system for various subjects and launched a Learning Management System (LMS) to manage online teaching. Online learning platforms are being increasingly used, especially in general education and continuing education systems.

At the same time, electronic textbooks combined with the interactive whiteboard software ActivInspire have been introduced. This tool significantly helpss teachers in creating engaging and dynamic lessons.

Furthermore, schools are actively implementing comprehensive student management systems, online learning social networks, electronic gradebooks, electronic lesson plan software, school management software, tuition fee management software, and various other applications. These systems are interconnected within the education sector and linked to national databases. Data from school management software is integrated with the sector’s databases, thereby enhancing digital transformation capacity across the sector and gradually bridging the gap between lowland and highland schools.
