The project is located in Yen Ninh ward, within the New Urban Area (the location is located along the Bach Lam Bridge - Tuan Quan Bridge axis). The investor of this project is Viet-Nhat Real Estate joint Stock Company, a member of Central Retail Vietnam Group.

The project is built on an area of approximately 13,000 square meters, including one commercial floor and designed as a multi-functional model, including a supermarket; a food service and restaurant area and an entertainment zone; an administrative office area; a cold storage area; warehouses, and auxiliary facilities like flower gardens and parking lots. The total investment capital exceeds 223 billion VND.

According to the plan, the GO! Yen Bai project will be completed and operational by the fourth quarter of 2025, becoming an ideal destination for the people of Yen Bai and neighboring areas.

Speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony, Mr. Olivier Langlet, CEO of Central Retail Vietnam Group, expressed his gratitude as, from the very beginning, when the Group proposed the investment, the GO! Project of Yen Bai received full support from the provincial leadership regarding information, location, and legal procedures. This assistance facilitated the swift groundbreaking of this important project.

The CEO of Central Retail Vietnam Group stated that following the groundbreaking ceremony, the Group would closely coordinate with the contractor to accelerate the construction progress, aiming to quickly bring GO! Yen Bai into operation and contribute to the socio-economic development of Yên Bái province.

On this occasion, Central Retail Vietnam Group donated 500 school supply gift sets to students in difficult circumstances in areas affected by the recent natural disaster.

Speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony for GO! Yen Bai, Mr. Nguyen The Phuoc, Deputy Chairman of the Yen Bai Provincial People's Committee, emphasized that after Yen Bai struggled to cope with Yagi Typhoon, the groundbreaking event for GO! Yen Bai carries significant meaning, serving as good news during the recovery and development of the local economy and society in both the city and Yen Bai province.

The implementation and completion of the commercial project are expected to benefit investors, boost the retail, trade, service, and tourism sectors, create jobs and income for local workers, increase state budget revenue, and contribute to the socio-economic development of both the city and Yen Bai province.

Mr. Nguyen The Phuoc expressed that, with its advantages as a gateway connecting the economy of the Northwest region and as the center of the midland and northern mountainous areas, Yen Bai possesses the necessary factors for significant breakthroughs in the coming years, with the local retail and service market promising to continue expanding and developing even further.

Once GO! Yen Bai comes into operation, local farmers, cooperatives, and businesses in the province will have the opportunity to distribute their products at the GO! Yen Bai hypermarket, as well as expand nationwide through the Central Retail Vietnam Group’s chain of supermarkets, including GO!, Big C, Tops Market, ect.
