Yen Bai to Award the Title of Artisan in the Field of Intangible Cultural Heritage for the 3rd Time

According to a report by the Department of Culture, Sports, and Tourism, there are 28 dossiers submitted for consideration this time. Specifically, Yen Binh district submitted 3 dossiers, Tran Yen district 2, Van Yen district 5, Luc Yen district 2, Van Chan district 7, Nghia Lo town 4, Tram Tau district 2, and Mu Cang Chai district 3.

These are dossiers that have been appraised by the People's Committees of the communes and districts and have been guided in completing the necessary paperwork according to regulations. The dossiers proposed belong to various categories, including: folk performing arts (18 dossiers), folk knowledge (3 dossiers), languages, scripts, and social practices and beliefs (4 dossiers), languages and scripts (1 dossier), languages, scripts, and folk performing arts (1 dossier), and social practices, beliefs, and folk performing arts (1 dossier).

After discussing each case, the members of the Appraisal Council conducted a secret ballot and collected votes from absent members. As a result, 25 out of 28 dossiers received 100% of the votes.
