Sports tournament to kick off in Yen Bai on January 31

YBO - A sports tournament to celebrate the Tet (Lunar New Year) holiday will kick off on January 31 in Yen Bai city.

The two-day event will draw the participation of 29 teams with nearly 500 athletes who will compete in five events, namely table tennis, football, volleyball, badminton, and chess.  

The tournament is part of the activities to celebrate the 93rd founding anniversary of the Communist Party of Vietnam (February 3, 1930 - February 3, 2023), creating a joyful and excited atmosphere and contributing to promoting the movements "All people doing exercises following Uncle Ho's example" and "All people unite in building the cultural life".
