All People’s Security Safeguard Festival held in Viet Cuong commune

YBO - The steering committee for the prevention and control of crime and social evils and the building of the “All people safeguard national security” movement (Steering Committee 138) of Viet Cuong commune in Tran Yen district recently organised the All People’s Security Safeguard Festival in 2022.

The event reviewed the heroic tradition of the Vietnamese nation under the leadership of the Party, the tradition of the People's Public Security force and the great role of the people in the revolutionary cause in general and in the movement in particular.

Viet Cuong, rich in the revolutionary tradition, is continuously innovating itself into a new and advanced rural commune of Tran Yen district, strongly developing the "All people safeguard national security” movement. Its people’s awareness of compliance with policies and laws improves as well.

The movement has received the attention, direction, concerted coordination, and active participation of the Party committees, authorities, socio-political organisations, agencies, units and the ethnic groups in the commune. Many models such as security cameras and security phone numbers have been carried out and they have proved effective. In 2022, Viet Cuong commune is striving to become an advanced typical commune in Yen Bai province's "All people safeguard national security” movement.

Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Tran Huy Tuan personally presented support and gifts to workers facing hardships across Yen Bai Province.

Luc Yen District presents the provincial decision recognizing Dong Quan Commune as meeting NTM standards for 2024.

Luc Yen District has recently have two additional communes, Dong Quan and Khanh Hoa, officially recognized by the Yen Bai Provincial People's Committee as meeting the criteria for new rural standards (Nông Thôn Mới - NTM) in 2024.

This period marks the end of the harvest season, allowing everyone to rest after a year of hard work. Nowadays, most Hmong people celebrate the Lunar New Year alongside the rest of the nation.
