Yen Bai Strives for Double-Digit Growth Above 10.5%

Following the directives of the Central Government and the Provincial Party Committee on achieving an economic growth target of at least 8.2% and striving for 10.5% or higher under favorable conditions, Yen Bai province has developed a growth scenario and the necessary conditions to implement it.

Yen Bai will develop agriculture towards modernization, enhancing productivity, quality, and added value in line with the construction of sustainable new rural areas.

Accordingly, to achieve the set target, the province requires all levels, sectors, and localities to continue issuing mechanisms, policies, and plans to ensure completeness, synchronization, and consistency in implementation; mobilize maximum resources for investment in socio-economic infrastructure development, with a focus on regional and interregional transportation infrastructure within the province and connecting neighboring provinces to the Noi Bai – Lao Cai Expressway; promote rural transportation development in conjunction with the implementation of national target programs…

Diversifying Forms of Resource Mobilization and Utilization, Promoting Socialization, and Strongly Attracting Non-State Resources for Investment in Developing Infrastructure for Industrial Zones and Clusters, as well as Commercial, Service, and Tourism Infrastructure. Effectively implementing projects and policies to support agricultural production for the 2021–2025 period, advancing agriculture towards modernization, increasing productivity, quality, and added value in alignment with the development of sustainable new rural areas.
