YenBai-S digital citizen app records over 46,000 accounts

YBO - After two months of piloting YenBai-S digital citizen application, the northern province of Yen Bai has organised 48 training sessions for over 1,600 people from 49 units and 15 communes and wards on utilising the application.

The system has recorded more than 46,000 accounts and over 4 million views. The services and utilities provided on the application have received attention of local people.

Notably, 460 stalls with nearly 800 products and about 9,000 traders registered on Yen Bai digital market. More than 200 orders were transacted in the period.

Traffic violation notices reached 1,000 searches a day while the feedback section saw nearly 30,000 views with 158 comments from the people, of which 102 cases were handed by the authorities on time, reaching nearly 57% of the total cases.

More than 65% of users said they are satisfied, while 11.75% said the app is acceptable and 23% unsatisfied with the YenBai-S digital citizen application./.

Additionally, level-3 universal lower secondary education will be maintained in 115 out of 168 communes, wards, and townships.
