Tran Huy Tuan becomes Chairman of Yen Bai People’s Committee

YBO - The 19th People’s Council of Yen Bai on July 4 held its first meeting to select a number of key positions of the council as well as the provincial People’s Committee, and the people’s jurors at the provincial People’s Court, and discuss a number of important issues.

At the session, members of the 19th provincial People’s Council elected Ta Van Long, Standing Deputy Secretary of the provincial Party Committee as Chairman of the provincial People’s Council in the 19th tenure. Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee Tran Huy Tuan was re-elected for the position in the 19th tenure.


Secretary of the provincial Party Committee Do Duc Duy, and Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the People’s Committee of Yen Bai Ta Van Long present flowers to newly-elected chair and vice chairpersons of the provincial People’s Committee in the 2021-2026 tenure.

Vu Quynh Khanh and Hoang Thi Thanh Binh, vice chairpersons of the provincial People’s Council in the 18th tenure were also re-elected for the position in the 19th tenure. Meanwhile, Nguyen The Phuoc, Ngo Hanh Phuc and Vu Thi Hien Hanh were elected as vice chairpersons of the of the provincial People’s Committee.

Participants at the session also elected heads and deputy heads of committees under the provincial People’s Council, along with 18 members of the provincial People’s Committee and 25 members of the people’s jurors at the provincial People’s Court in the 2021-2026 tenure.
