Yen Binh unveils planning of two eco-urban areas

Yen Binh district of Yen Bai province on June 2 held a conference to announce the detailed construction planning of the Thinh Hung 1 and 2 eco-urban areas covering an estimated area of 94.6 ha in Thinh Hung commune.

The Thinh Hung 1 will cover 48.67 aha and is projected to accommodate 6,000-8,000 people. It is located at the bank of the Thac Ba reservoir. 

Meanwhile, the Thinh Hung 2, sprawling over several islets on Thac Ba reservoir, will house between 1,000 and 4,000 tenants. 

Both of them will have housing areas, public places, malls, schools, clinics and greenery, and Thinh Hung 2 has a pier.

The two residential areas have low construction density combining with greenery and water surface, which are hope to become eco-friendly destinations boasting uniform infrastructure with all necessities and support services, as well as linked with tourist areas in the region and neighbouring ones.
