Yen Bai province announces 2020 PAR Indexes

YBO - The People’s Committee of Yen Bai province has announced the 2020 Public Administration Reform (PAR) Indexes of its departments and agencies, and district-level People’s Committees, which were evaluated based on verification documents and social surveys.

In the group of provincial departments and agencies, the office of the provincial People’s Committee ranked first with a score of 94.79 percent, followed by the Department of Health (93.68 percent) and the Department of Investment and Planning (93.32 percent). 

The provincial management authority of industrial parks was the worst performer, with 63.31 percent.

In the group of districts, townships and cities, Yen Bai city earned the top spot with 91.41 percent, followed by Van Yen district (90.75 percent) and Yen Binh district (88.41 percent).

Van Chan district was at the bottom with 72.09 percent.

Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Tran Huy Tuan personally presented support and gifts to workers facing hardships across Yen Bai Province.

Luc Yen District presents the provincial decision recognizing Dong Quan Commune as meeting NTM standards for 2024.

Luc Yen District has recently have two additional communes, Dong Quan and Khanh Hoa, officially recognized by the Yen Bai Provincial People's Committee as meeting the criteria for new rural standards (Nông Thôn Mới - NTM) in 2024.
