Comprising three components, the project will be carried out until 2023, with total investment of 8 million EUR, including 7 million EUR in ODA loans and 1 million EUR worth of corresponding capital.

It is expected to improve capacity of health workers in the province and quality of health care for local residents. It will also help reduce pressure on centrally-run medical establishments in big cities, which have suffered overcrowding, and save costs for local patients.
