Conference shares experience in cardiovascular emergency aid

From the Medical Centre of Yen Binh district of northern Yen Bai province, information and images on topics related to cardiovascular emergency aid shared by doctors from Bach Mai Hospital were transmitted to medical centres of eight districtsin Yen Bai via telehealth system.

The Yen Binh district Medical Centre coordinated with Bach Mai Hospital, one of the leading central hospitals in the country, held an online conference on March 22 to share experience in giving first aid to cardiovascular patients as well as social activities in hospitals.

At the event, doctors from Bach Mai Hospital highlighted a number of topics, including Supraventricular tachycardia (SVT), coronary syndrome, the model of office for social affairs in Bach Mai Hospital, and the culture of behavior to patients.

On the occasion, doctors of Bach Mai hospital and Yen Binh district Medical Centre presented gifts to poor patients undertaking treatment at the hospital. At the same time, they also presented gifts and gave health checkups to locals in some communesof Yen Binh district at the Thac Ba area general clinic. This is a special health care programme launched by the Yen Binhdistrict Medical Centre as part of an agreement between the Yen Bai People’s Committee and Bach Mai Hospital on comprehensive medical cooperation and support to Yen Bai.

Luc Yen District presents the provincial decision recognizing Dong Quan Commune as meeting NTM standards for 2024.

Luc Yen District has recently have two additional communes, Dong Quan and Khanh Hoa, officially recognized by the Yen Bai Provincial People's Committee as meeting the criteria for new rural standards (Nông Thôn Mới - NTM) in 2024.
