Nine working delegations inspect COVID-19 prevention, exam preparation

YBO - Between July 5 and 7, the Yen Bai authorities organised nine working delegations to inspect COVID-19 prevention and control work, the preparation for the high school graduation examination, as well as the implementation of political tasks in local districts, towns, and cities.

The move aimed to proactively respond to the pandemic in the new situation.

It showed the determination of the province in fighting against the pandemic and carrying out socio-economic development tasks for 2020 in a bid to realise the goals set by the 18th provincial Party congress. The 19th congress is scheduled for September 2020.

Luc Yen District presents the provincial decision recognizing Dong Quan Commune as meeting NTM standards for 2024.

Luc Yen District has recently have two additional communes, Dong Quan and Khanh Hoa, officially recognized by the Yen Bai Provincial People's Committee as meeting the criteria for new rural standards (Nông Thôn Mới - NTM) in 2024.
