Winners of Yen Bai youth startup project, idea contest announced

YBO - Nguyen Hong Son, a male student from the Yen Bai Vocational College, has won the first prize at Yen Bai’s third contest on youth startup projects and ideas which received over 380 entries from students and young people from all over the province.

The entries were judged based on their eligibility, creativity and feasibility.

Thirty-eight entries made it to the final round, ten of which were selected to join the finale held earlier this week.

The organiser also awarded two second, three third prizes and four honourable mentions.

The competition aimed to inspire entrepreneurship and promote innovation and startup ideas among local students and young people, as well as helping translate these ideas into reality.

It also intended to help connect feasible idea and project owners with investors.

Luc Yen District presents the provincial decision recognizing Dong Quan Commune as meeting NTM standards for 2024.

Luc Yen District has recently have two additional communes, Dong Quan and Khanh Hoa, officially recognized by the Yen Bai Provincial People's Committee as meeting the criteria for new rural standards (Nông Thôn Mới - NTM) in 2024.
