Yen Bai issues youth development prorgamme for 2021 - 2030

YBO - The Yen Bai Provincial People’s Committee has issued Decision No. 2203 on the youth development programme for the 2021 - 2030 period.

The programme aims to build a young generation of comprehensive development, imbued with patriotism and revolutionary and socialist ideal, having citizen awareness, well-educated, having jobs, aspiring to make dedication, and willing to make reform and take the lead in science - technology application.

Under this programme, Yen Bai looks to form a young generation excelling in all fields, having the spirit of humanity and sharing, and aware of upholding and protecting the country’s traditional cultural values so as to considerably contribute to Vietnam’s industrialisation, modernisation, and integration into the world.

To achieve the targets, the province identified several key tasks and solutions, including enhancing the leadership of all-level Party committees and administrations; perfecting mechanisms, policies, and legal regulations on the youth; stepping up the dissemination of policies and laws; and increasing services and activities supporting young people.

Luc Yen District presents the provincial decision recognizing Dong Quan Commune as meeting NTM standards for 2024.

Luc Yen District has recently have two additional communes, Dong Quan and Khanh Hoa, officially recognized by the Yen Bai Provincial People's Committee as meeting the criteria for new rural standards (Nông Thôn Mới - NTM) in 2024.
