Notable models include "AI for Everyone” public education campaigns, a provincial team dedicated to combating fake news, digital verification systems for meeting delegates, electronic check-in using QR codes, "Market 4.0” promoting cashless payments, and the integration of citizen ID cards and VNeID in healthcare services.

Various local departments have also launched practical models, such as "Weekends with the People” to guide residents in using online public services related to land management; digital tools for managing driver testing fees; online portals for motorbike training registration; step-by-step guides for renewing driver’s licenses and transport business permits—all contributing to administrative efficiency and transparency.

Other standout DX applications in Yen Bai include using Google Earth for investment preparation and site clearance in transportation projects, developing a digital school library system, integrating personal digital signatures into lesson planning, AI education programs, and a digital museum initiative.

With a determined, flexible, and people-centered approach to implementation, Yen Bai continues to make progress in digital transformation, ensuring that citizens and businesses remain the focal point and ultimate beneficiaries of development. Since the beginning of 2025, the implementation of a range of coordinated measures has enabled Yen Bai Province to achieve positive outcomes in the disbursement of public investment capital. Notably, the province ranks among the 35 provinces and cities with disbursement rates higher than the national average.

Yen Bai: 69.1% of Workforce Vocationally Trained

Since 2021, Yen Bai Province has transitioned 39,289 workers from agriculture to non-agricultural sectors.

Over the five-year period from 2021 to 2025, Yen Bai Province has created jobs for 110,339 workers. Of these: 56,393 were employed through socio-economic development programs, 11,907 accessed loans from the National Employment Fund, 2,886 worked abroad under labor export programs, and 39,153 were supplied to out-of-province employers.
