Gifted students of English at Nguyen Tat Thanh Gifted High School have IELTS certificates

YBO - All the 12th graders of an English class at the Nguyen Tat Thanh Gifted High School in Yen Bai city had IELTS certificates of 7.0-8.0.

In the national high school graduation exam in 2023, all students of the class were admitted to top universities in Vietnam in the form of direct admission.

Bui Thuy Linh was the province's valedictorian in the national high school graduation exam with a total score of 55.6; Pham Viet Cuong and Dinh Kieu Trang were the valedictorians of Group D in the province with a total point of 27.8.

Do My Y Hoa – the class president won a scholarship to Fulbright University, while Nguyen Hoang Linh won a scholarship to British University Vietnam (BUV).

The average score for the national high school graduation exam of the students is 51.21, including two perfect scores of 10 in the English language, seven perfect scores of 10 in civic education, and many scores of 9 in the remaining subjects.

Dang Tran Ha - the English teacher and also the homeroom teacher of the class said this is the highest achievement ever recorded for the class./.

Green fence movement thrives in Luc Yen
