All students in ’green’, ‘yellow’ zones come back to school from March 15

YBO - On March 15, all the educational establishments in the localities at Pandemic Level 1 or 2, which means “green” or “yellow” zones, in Yen Bai province reopened. In “orange” zones (Level 3), only high and vocational schools resumed in-person learning.

Among the 502 schools and kindergartens in the province, 161 completely restored in-person learning while some combine both online and offline learning.

Aside from reopening as planned, local schools have also carried out comprehensive COVID-19 prevention and control measures in line with the provincial administration’s directions so as to ensure safe and flexible adaptation to and effective control of the pandemic.
