Young people support COVID-19 patients in Mu Cang Chai, Yen Bai city

YBO - Youth organisations in Mu Cang Chai district and Yen Bai city have organised many activities to support households whose members are COVID-19 patients quarantined and treated at home.

Those joining the "blue-shirt shippers" model in Yen Bai city always strictly follow the health ministry's 5K message on COVID-19 prevention and control.

Accordingly, young people have implemented a "zero VN dong - blue-shirt shippers" model in Yen Bai city, while a youth volunteer team has been formed in Mu Cang Chai district,  to help quarantined households and COVID-19 patients treated at home buy medicines, food and other essential items.

Members of the team are members of youth and trade unions in Mu Cang Chai town, the district police, and young employees of administrative units in the locality. 

The movement shows the spirit of mutual affection and love, and the high responsibility of the local youth in joining hands to fight the COVID-19 pandemic.
