The Year of the Buffalo is about to pass by, seeing determination and efforts made to surmount difficulties in the implementation of the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress. Terraced rice fields were recognised as a special national heritage site and the art of Xoe Thai dance went global for being listed as the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity. Local residents enjoy peace and happiness.
With pride, trust and affection, Yen Bai people welcome the coming Year of the Tiger with numerous wishes and passions, celebrating the 92nd founding anniversary of the Communist Party of Vietnam. This year serves as a cornerstone for the implementation of the Resolutions of the 13th National Party Congress and the 29th Congress of the provincial Party Committee.
