Efforts will focus on addressing the aftermath of natural disasters, restoring and developing production and business activities, and stabilizing people's livelihoods.

Additionally, Tran Yen will prioritize vocational guidance, job creation, and income improvement for its residents by aligning vocational training programs with the demands of businesses and the labor market. The district will also effectively implement national target programs and poverty reduction policies.

Economic development remains a key focus, with an emphasis on restructuring the economy alongside adopting a new growth model. Tran Yen plans to mobilize and integrate various resources to invest in infrastructure that supports cultural, artistic, sports, and tourism activities—enhancing residents’ quality of life and overall satisfaction.
