Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (HCYU) Committee of Yen Bai Ha Duc Hai said the Standing Board of the provincial HCYU Committee has built an action programme on digital transformation, with one of the contents of the three revolutionary action movements and three other youth programmes, and defined it as one of the important tasks throughout the youth organisation's activities and youth movement in the 2021-2025 period.

A digital platform-based creative youth movement has been implemented in the locality, focusing on changing forms of communication and digitalising traditional educational programmes of youth organisations through youth projects, technology contests, and forums, in order to arouse national pride and love for the fatherland.

Local residents have been also supported in introducing and selling 70 OCOP products on e-commerce platforms.

During the Youth Month 2023, the Standing Board of the provincial HCYU Committee has concretised activities of youth organisations at all levels, focusing on enhancing the operation of community digital transformation groups in guiding people to implement non-cash payments, and perform online public services.
