Lao students in Yen Bai celebrate Bunpimay festival

YBO - The provincial People’s Committee on April 15 held a gathering for 113 Lao students in Yen Bai to celebrate Bunpimay, the traditional New Year festival of Laos, and presented gifts to the students on the occasion.
The water splashing practice during Bunpimay festival is intended to wash away bad luck and praise for prosperity and happiness for all in the new year.
