(YBO) - Yen Bai province has built nearly 50 production models certified as meeting the Vietnamese Good Agricultural Practices (VietGAP), Rainforest, organic agriculture, food hygiene and safety standards with a total area of over 10,000 hectares including rice, tea, fruit trees, vegetables and cinnamon, among others.

YBO- "Hau dong", a spirit possession ritual of the Mother Goddess religion, was recently performed at Dong Cuong temple, a national historical and cultural relic site, in Ben Den village, Dong Cuong commune, Van Yen district, marking the beginning of a series of activities for the Festival of Religious Practices to Worship the Mother Goddess and the Dong Cuong Temple New Rice Festival 2023.

YBO– The 7th China - South Asia Expo and the 27th China Kunming Import & Export Fair opened in Kunming city of China’s Yunnan province on August 16. Yen Bai province has two booths displaying over 50 export products and local “One Commune, One Product” (OCOP) items with export potential.

YBO - The Yen Bai provincial Department of Information and Communications recently held a training course on external information service, spokesmanship, and information provision for the press. The event, drawing more than 500 participants across the province, took place both in person and via teleconferencing.

YBO - In 2023, Tran Yen district is striving to build three smart communes, namely Bao Dap, Dao Thinh and Viet Thanh, and three smart villages of Pho Hop (Bao Dap), Village 3 (Dao Thinh) and Lan Dinh (Viet Thanh), and will then replicate the model in the entire district.
