This success is the result of the district conducting a thorough review of local demand for vocational training and collaborating with vocational schools both inside and outside the province to train a skilled workforce for businesses, particularly high-quality labor. At the same time, efforts focused on retraining the rural labor force to meet the evolving demands of labor and economic structure, aiming for a higher proportion of workers in industrial and service sectors while preserving and enhancing the cultural landscape of rural areas. Additionally, vocational education has been closely aligned with labor market needs in terms of scale, level of education, and specialized training, with a focus on producing a workforce with certifications and advanced professional skills, especially in areas where the district has economic strengths.
