The province has organized training sessions to enhance business skills on digital platforms, focusing on brand development and image building for enterprises and cooperatives. These initiatives aim to facilitate trade promotion on digital platforms and adapt to the trends of online marketing and business. Training on participation in "Market 4.0" has also been provided to merchants in local markets, including five markets in Yen Bai City, two in Tran Yen District, and two in Yen Binh District.
Additionally, programs have been conducted to guide farmers in presenting and selling agricultural products online. Farmers are being equipped with the skills necessary to join domestic and international e-commerce platforms for the province’s key product groups.

Efforts have been made to expand e-commerce in rural areas abundant in agricultural products, teaching farmers and agricultural producers how to navigate e-commerce platforms for product introduction and online sales. Through these initiatives, enterprises and cooperatives in Yen Bai have adopted strategies such as collaborative marketing and the production of promotional video clips to build consumer trust in their products. This enhances the value of the "Yen Bai Agricultural Products” brand, advancing trade promotion activities in the digital space and driving the province’s digital economy forward.
