The locality was among the top three in the northern midland and mountainous region in terms of economic growth, the highest so far in the 2021-2026 tenure.

The art of Xoe dance of the Thai ethnic people in Yen Bai has been recognised as Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity by the UNESCO, helping to attract more visitors to the province.

With determination, innovations and rules, the entire Party, army and people will surely sail through challenges, utilise opportunities, uphold internal forces, and drastically materialise socio-economic recovery and development programmes, laying a firm foundation to build a green, harmonious and happy province.

The solidarity will be carried forward to turn Yen Bai into the most developed locality among the mountainous provinces, and ensure peace and happiness for people.
