In line with administrative reform efforts, the tax authorities have progressively modernized their operations, adopting digital technologies to enhance tax management. Notably, they have implemented a digital map of household businesses and promoted the use of the eTax Mobile application, which helps taxpayers save time and reduce costs. To date, the digital map includes data on 19,000 household businesses registered under the tax authority’s management system. Among these, 6,725 households - representing 81.3% - have submitted their tax payments via the eTax Mobile app.

Looking ahead, the Yen Bai Tax Department will continue its outreach efforts, encouraging residents, business households, organizations, and state management agencies to regularly access and provide feedback through the digital household business map. This collaborative approach will enable tax authorities to promptly verify, update, and process information, thereby enhancing the overall efficiency of tax administration.
