This includes nearly 30 billion VND invested in education, such as the construction of Lang Nhi Kindergarten in Tram Tau District, along with support for 150 charity houses for disadvantaged families and funding for disaster relief efforts. Additionally, the bank provided over 5,000 Tet gift packages for underprivileged households

In 2024 alone, Agribank Yen Bai utilized its operational budget and mobilized employees to contribute five days' salary, raising nearly 4.2 billion VND for social welfare programs aligned with the directives of the Party, the State, and Agribank. These initiatives primarily focus on building houses for the underprivileged, supporting healthcare, and advancing education.

In 2024, Agribank Yen Bai successfully met all six targets assigned by its headquarters, along with seven out of ten internal targets and seven out of ten labor conference resolutions Specifically, the bank's total outstanding loans reached 11.032 trillion VND, marking an increase of 1.560 trillion VND (+16.5%) compared to the beginning of the year. 

This figure represents 149% of the 20% growth target set by headquarters and 133% of the 15% growth target assigned by the province, exceeding the labor conference resolution's 10% growth target by 8%. (If early debt repayments of 376 billion VND were excluded, the total outstanding loans would have reached 11.408 trillion VND, reflecting an increase of 1.936 trillion VND (+20.4%) since the beginning of the year—185% of the headquarters' target and 164% of the province's assigned growth plan).

Tran Yen is the locality with the largest mulberry-growing area in Yen Bai province, with nearly 1,000 hectares, 1,500 households raising silkworms, and an average product value of 300 million VND per hectare.

In 2025, Tran Yen District will continue to maintain and develop specialized raw material areas with key and specialty products linked to value chains.
