To meet the 2024 target of 28 new model villages, Yen Binh has mobilized the concerted efforts of the entire political system and active contributions from local residents. The communes and towns have focused on raising awareness and encouraging the community to contribute labor, donate land for road expansion, build public welfare projects, and enhance production to improve income and overall quality of life.

The development of model new rural (Nong Thon Moi - NTM) villages has significantly enhanced the rural landscape, creating clean and beautiful environments, well-coordinated infrastructure investments, and effective production models that contribute to socio-economic development, ensure security and order, and bring prosperity and happiness to residents.

Among the 18 villages newly recognized as model NTM villages across the district in late October are Trung Tam Village in Mong Son Commune, Tan Luong Village in Cam An Commune, and Dong Tam Village in Phuc An Commune.
