With the message "A drop of blood is donated - a life is saved", the programme attracted the participation of more than 230 managers, teachers and staff from schools in Luc Yen district.

The teachers volunteered to donate blood with their responsibility, kindness, sharing and help for the lives of patients and the health of the community. At the end of the programme, the provincial General Hospital received 143 blood units.

The collected blood will contribute to serving emergency treatment, especially in the context of the complicated development of the COVID-19 epidemic, which is leading to blood scarcity in health facilities.
