Considering the transformation as an inevitable trend to be implemented across the three pillars of digital government, digital economy, and digital society, the provincial Party Committee and People’s Committee have issued resolutions, programmes, and long-term and annual plans to ensure the practical and legal basis for such progress. He recommended the implementation and replication of digital transformation models, particularly among public servants to push for a stronger transition within the governance body.
