Local agricultural products to be introduced in Hanoi

A programme to promote agricultural and aquatic products of Yen Bai province will take place at Big C Thang Long supermarket in Hanoi from November 29 – December 3, 2023.

The event will gather about 20 businesses and cooperatives, which will exhibit local specialties such as dried buffalo meat, dried pork, sausage, dried fish, grilled chopped fish, Dai Minh grapefruit, honey, Tu Le sticky rice, dried bamboo shoots, dried vermicelli, wood ear mushrooms, essential oils, cinnamon, cinnamon tea, Bat Do bamboo shoots, and chewy banana.

As an annual event since 2018, the week-long programme aims to expand markets, introduce products and promote trade connections, thus developing a sustainable consumption market for Yen Bai’s products.
