Yen Bai allocates 12 trillion VND to develop highland, ethnic areas

YBO - Yen Bai province has allocated over 12 trillion VND (510.3 million USD) to support agricultural and forestry production, infrastructure development, transportation, irrigation, investment in educational and healthcare facilities, and clean water supply across its highland and ethnic minority areas.
