Van Chan focuses on protecting livestock

YBO - On these days, Van Chan district of Yen Bai province is sending more staff to communes to check, remind and guide farmers to prevent and control hunger and cold for their livestock.
Luong Tuan Trung's family, Bang La 2 village, Dai Lich commune keeps buffaloes and cows in captivity during the days when the temperature is low and provides enough food for them.
