Covering an area of nearly 17 ha, the project has a total investment of over 1 trillion VND (over 43.1 million USD). It includes 283 villas, townhouses and commercial townhouses, a 3-star hotel, and a complex of public and commercial works.

It is expected to be put into operation in 2022.

In his speech at the groundbreaking ceremony, Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee Do Duc Duy said investors have made the right decision to implement the project in an area with a large population with rich cultural heritage, the cradle of the national intangible culture heritage Xoe – the traditional dance of ethnic Thai communities in the locality.

The project is scheduled to be completed in 2022

The locality is also one of the four key tourism areas of Yen Bai province – which boasts a developed commercial network and great potentials for tourism development.

The project is hoped to contribute to giving a facelift to Pu Trang ward and developing urban architecture and landscape in Nghĩa Lo town, and to conserving and promoting unique culture values of ethnic groups in the locality, he said.
