Yen Bai attends Vietnam Expo 2024

YBO – Yen Bai province is popularising its advantageous industrial products and services at the 33rd Vietnam International Trade Fair (Vietnam Expo 2024) which is being held in Hanoi from April 3-6.

The Vietnam Expo 2024 sees the participation of nearly 50 companies from 23 provinces and cities across the country.

Yen Bai has two booths introducing its exports and OCOP (one commune one product) products with export potential, specifically industrial products such as Hoang Lien Son technical porcelain, superfine stone powder, stone blocks, stone slabs, other minerals, coloured tiles, processed plantation wood products like wood plank, plywood, and wooden chopsticks.

The locality’s key products that are rated OCOP 3-star and 4-star are also displayed and introduced to a large number of businesses and consumers at the fair such as cinnamon bark, cinnamon essential oil, cinnamon tea, Mu Cang Chai honey, Pung Luong green tea, Bat Tien green tea, SuoiGiang tea, GioiPhien vermicelli, Luc Yen red peanut, and Seng Cu rice.

On this occasion, Yen Bai also provides investors, businesses, and consumers with information about its strengths and potential through dissemination publications, leaflets, brochures, and catalogues on its businesses.

The Vietnam Expo 2024 is attracting the participation of over 480 enterprises from 16 countries and territories worldwide. It features nearly 600 pavilions, up 20% compared to the figure last year.

Besides traditional promotion activities, product showcases, and trade connections, the expo promotes business-to-business (B2B) matching through an online platform to attract both domestic and international commercial organisations and enterprises./.
