With this funding, the province has established and operationalized the Electronic Data Integration Center, comprising 12 software systems serving provincial agencies and units, as well as the server infrastructure and data for the smart city project. The provincial cybersecurity monitoring center currently operates 11 modules under a four-layer protection model, supervising and safeguarding 3,260 computers and the entire server system at the Data Integration Center.

Additionally, the province has implemented a dedicated data transmission network with 425 connections for government agencies and units and 149 transmission channels for the surveillance camera system. At present, there are 210 online conferencing hubs connecting from the provincial to the communal levels, all functioning efficiently. Notably, 80% of cultural houses in villages, hamlets, and urban neighborhoods across the province are now equipped with Internet access.

These advancements form a crucial foundation for Yen Bai to accelerate digital transformation and establish an e-government.
