At the festival held in Chau Que Thuong commune, Van Yen district, Secretary of the provincial Party Committee Do Duc Duy highlighted the significance of the event held at a time when the commune received a certificate recognising it as a new-style rural area on the occasion of the 92nd founding anniversary of the National Unification Front of Vietnam (November 18).  This is the clearest evidence for the strength of the great national solidarity and efforts for the well-being of the people in line with the motto "People know, people discuss, people implement, people inspect, people supervise, people benefit".

Duy wished that the district’s VFF chapter and mass organisations would continue emulating in labour and production, upholding the strength of great national unity and citizens’ rights to mastery, thus reaching high consensus in the society and striving for common political tasks of the locality.

* Speaking at the event held in Pu Trang ward, Nghia Lo town, Permanent Vice Secretary of the provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the provincial People’s Council Ta Van Long recommended the local VFF chapters promptly collect feedback from the people, as well as promote their role in social monitoring and criticism and in the protection of people’s legitimate rights and interests.
