Outstanding models include those in Dat village, Dai Lich commune, Van Chan district; Lang Can village, Dai Minh commune, Yen Binh district; and Lao Chai commune, Mu Cang Chai district.

The youth unions at the provincial Police Detention Centre, the Tram Tau district’s Court - Procuracy - Judgment Execution, the provincial Centre for Social Work and Social Protection, and the youth union of provincial agencies and enterprises are also operating effective models.

The models aim to raise awareness, the roles and responsibilities of union members in building a strong organisation, contributing to improving the image of Yen Bai people and the province’s happiness index.

The models also helped ensure the legitimate rights and interests of union members and promote the creativity of the members at all levels, especially those at the grassroots level in joining and implementing local political tasks.
