The specific goal is to apply and develop biotechnology in environmental protection, with a focus on prioritizing biotechnology solutions and biological products for waste treatment in agriculture, forestry, aquaculture, and medical waste treatment. The plan also includes efforts to increase the number of industrial-scale businesses producing biological products for waste treatment by at least 10%, as well as establishing production lines for biological products in environmental protection industries. The province will focus on advancing science and technology to serve biotechnology industries for environmental protection, strengthen communications, and promote cooperation in research and application of biotechnology for environmental protection.
