Youth Month 2021 launched in Yen Bai province

YênBái - The Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Yen Bai province launched the Youth Month 2021 at a recent ceremony held in Hang Xe village, Xa Ho commune of Tram Tau district.

The month, aiming to uphold the tradition of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, will include various activities organised in a practical, effective and economic manner. They will focus bolstering innovation for the community and support young people start their business. 

At the launching ceremony, nearly 400 young people of Tram Tau district planted 1,000 peach blossom trees along a road leading to Cu Vai cluster of Hang Xe village in Tram Tau.

On the occasion, the provincial youth union joined hands with emergency relief assistance provider World Vision Vietnam to start the construction of a road to school for students of Cang Dong village in the district’s Pa Hu commune, and offered aid to disadvantaged residents and children.

Earlier, the youth union introduced a model on the links between village’ youths and community-based tourism.

Some 70 gift packages are handed over to poor people and students.
