Tet gifts presented to children with disabilities in Yen Bai

YênBái - The Vietnam Relief Association for Handicapped Children and the Huong Giang centre for handicapped children’s assistance in Yen Bai city handed over gift packages totalling 84 million VND (3,640 USD) to 50 poor children with disabilities studying at the centre during a programme held on January 27.

The programme is part of activities arranged by the Vietnam Relief Association for Handicapped Children aiming to help disabled children enjoy Tet. It was organised at eight children’s assistance centres nationwide on the occasion of the Lunar New Year (Tet) festival.
The association has over the years launched fundraising campaigns to support millions of handicapped children across the country.
